Karly Michelle Edgar is a mixed media visual artist, trained in theatre, currently working in lifestyle in the aged care sector. She has a Grad Cert in Research Methodology, Practical Theology from MCD University of Divinity, an MA in Church Practice from Tabor Vic, a BCA (Theatre) from Wesley Institute, and was formally the Lecturer in Art at Tabor Vic. 

Karly’s creative work explores repetition, the search for beauty,spirituality and the desire for rest, with a focus on physical and spiritual health that is always reflected through her own experience of having fibromyalgia for nearly 15 years. Her creative work currently includes the ‘One A Week Psalm Project’ exploring creativity as spiritual discipline. You can find out more at www.karlymichelle.com

Karly's workshop will explore the embodiment of spirituality through the physicality of visual art, drawing on the traditions of Lectio Divina and Visio Devinia.

Dr Mark Seton is the director of Sense Connexion www.senseconnexion.com, an Honorary Research Associate (Department of Theatre and Performance Studies) at the University of Sydney, and an adjunct lecturer in the School of Performing Arts, Excelsia College. He is currently the Chair of the Australian College of Theology Human Research Ethics Committee.

Mark outlines his workshop as - using movement and story-telling to nurture and equip practitioners’ resilience as they prepare to encounter stresses in various workplaces and as a lifestyle. The InterPlay® forms are designed to help them engage with playfulness, joy and connection as essential aspects of resilient living. In this workshop Mark will introduce participants to several of the core Resilient Vulnerability© practices and InterPlay® forms that they can apply to their own wellbeing as they seek to be of artistic and social service to others.

Erin is working toward her PhD on the poetics of Song of Songs with the Australian College of Theology. She is a Church History, Arts and Theology, and Old Testament Lecturer, currently lecturing in Old Testament at Alphacrucis. She is Common Grace’s Domestic and Family Violence Justice Team Leader, and Erin is an errant poet and arrant academic. Erin will be conducting a 1 1/2 hour workshop as a part of the 'Vessels" program on Saturday the 13th July. The theme of the workshop will focus on the religious symbols, language and expression of the Psalms.
